The Sony DVP-CX985V is a DVD player that can hold up to 400 discs. It supports various playable media formats such as MP3, DVD-R, CD, DVD-VR, DVD, DVD-RW, VCD, SACD, CD-R, DVD+RW, CD-RW, and DVD+R.
The unit works great and is in good condition. It does have some light scratches that mainly occurred when remove it from storage. The last photos show the scratched areas but it looks much better in person than in the photos.
The remote control is not included but most functions are available on the unit itself. There are a few remote controls on eBay that are compatible with this unit for less than ten dollars. These remote controls will control the basic functions. For example: when playing a DVD you cannot forward to the next scene without the remote control.
This is a large unit and will come very well packaged. Shpping is set at $19.99 even though it will cost more than that to ship.
